Terms of Service

 

Day of Appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. (Your 25% deposit is non-refundable) If payment for service was made in full you will receive the difference from the amount of service)

Personal Items

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

Cancellation

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, it MUST be more than 24-hours notice.

Rescheduling

Changing your appointment time within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is not permitted. You will forfeit your deposit and have to book a new one.

Retail

All products are final. This helps to ensure our Product Quality Assurance.

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made for all services booked. If you pay for your service in full you will receive the difference from the amount of service and deposit amount.

Gratuity

Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash as well as Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No personal checks. We do not accept prepaid bank gift cards.
